The simulator setup requires roughly 13 ft by 15 ft, with 9 ft ceilings. Most boardrooms, event spaces, patios, and parking areas work fine. If you're not sure your venue fits, send us the space and we'll confirm before you book.

Both. The simulator is fully enclosed and works great indoors year round. For outdoor events we bring weatherproofing, but if conditions turn unsafe we'll work with you on a backup plan so no one's stuck in the rain.

Popular weekday and weekend dates typically book two to three weeks out, especially during summer and the holiday season. The earlier you lock in your date, the more flexibility you'll have.

Yes, we service the greater Calgary area. If your venue is outside the city, just mention it when you request a quote and we'll confirm availability and any travel details.

The simulator works for groups of any size. We run structured formats like closest to the pin and head to head competitions so everyone gets a turn, whether you've got 10 people or 300

Yes. Every booking includes a host on site for the full event. We run the games, manage the flow, and handle setup and teardown so you don't lift a finger.
